I disagree that the US Constitution doesn't hold weight. As flawed as it may appear, it is what we continue to rely upon. It is the core foundation of this nation. Agreed that modern society calls for further inspection and adoption of new standards. Until that happens, we need to use what we have and enforce existing laws that don't violate it. Otherwise, nothing matters.
