Parler had only 100k accounts after its first 8 months. It doubled that, primarily with accounts out of Saudi Arabia. What Parler does, though, is allow users to fully moderate the comments on their posts. Users can opt to force all comments into moderated mode from the get-go. I wrote about that today as well. So, in turn, Parler users themselves are the deciders on others' free speech when it comes to how people can comment.
