With anything you do on the Internet, it’s a small percentage that shoots to the top. Let’s not blame a platform for writers for not getting you there. Yes, there are some seriously hidden gems on Medium. However, most who don’t rise to the top need to consistently evaluate things they can do to change that. There is zero reason one cannot carve out their own path, whether they write about highly competitive topics or obscure niche ones.
